PROCASA, a family owned company with more than 8 years in the Panamanian marketplace, and more than 2000 new homes delivered, is directed by the well-known architect Isaac Mizrachi, who has more than 35 years of experience in the field of construction. Architect Isaac D Mizrachi, is several times winner of “Best Architectural Works” by the Panamanian Society of Engineers and Architects and his works have been awarded by different institutions and architectonic associations. As well, Architect Mizrachi is in charge of the designs of all the projects of the company. Practical and functional floor plans, avant-garde and good taste architectonic designs, good quality materials, all these details characterizes Architect Mizrachi developments, and these details are the result of years of experience and an incomparable trajectory in the field of architectural design and construction.

Architect Mizrachi started in on designing public, commercial and industrial buildings, hotels, school facilities, clinical centers and hospitals.

With PROCASA, one of the first company’s projects was Villas de Don Bosco, a residential development, that revolutioned the field of construction in Panama, with innovating characteristics that included thoughtful designs, good quality materials and affordable prices.

After Villas de Don Bosco, PROCASA made other residential developments and condos. At this time, PROCASA is developing: Golden Boulevard (El Dorado), Sunset Place (San Francisco), Green Towers (Condado del Rey), Solaris (El Cangrejo), 44th & Park (Bella Vista), 7400 San Francisco, Concept (San Francisco), Marquis Tower (El Cangrejo), Destiny (Panama Bay).
