All requests for service must be this way or contact us at 209-2222 or 229-2242 on a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm.

    Guarantees of residence

•     1 year in electricity and plumbing
•    1 to 10 years for  structural defects, this does not include cracks due to settling
